This is the first of our three part review of the Ikea VÄXER/ KRYDDA indoor hydroponic gardening kits, cultivators and accessories, showing construction of the pieces involved and planting up the nursery and sprout box with seeds.

In this first part I explain what the system is and how it all works together. You’ll see a high speed unboxing of each component together with seeing me put it together (for the first time.) You get to see, from start to finish, the boxed items all the way through to the first stage of starting the seeds growing.

For the second part we’ll show you the results of how well (hopefully) the seedlings have done and show you the next stage of moving the seedling plugs into the main grow unit. We shall also explain what you need to do so you can see that it remains to be a quick and easy process that is deliciously rewarding at the end of it all.

This is the second part of our review of the Ikea VÄXER/ KRYDDA indoor hydroponic gardening kits, cultivators and accessories, showing construction of the pieces involved and planting up the nursery and sprout box with seeds.
In this video I show how well the seedlings have grown in two weeks and then explain the next steps in their progress to being fully grown and edible plants. I also give my initial thoughts on the system so far.
